Research indicates that emotional abuse affects about 50% of women in intimate relationships. In a recent survey conducted by the National Coalition Against Domestic Violence, 48% of women reported experiencing psychological aggression by an intimate partner. Emotional abuse often results in long-term mental health issues like anxiety, depression and PTSD. Survivors of abuse face significant challenges in rebuilding their lives and finding empowerment after such traumatic experiences.

Breaking Free

A unique way I help abuse survivors on their healing journey is by using mindfulness and empowerment guidance. After going through an abusive marriage myself, I've created special programs just for women who've been through similar experiences.
